Worst DQ ever. Where to start. Compared to every other DQ I've ever been to, and it's a a lot...this place serves the smallest ice cream servings of them all. They are constantly out of things, like whipped cream, bananas, Reeses...and mind you there's aPublix literally next door. They claim they have to get stuff from Costco, which I understand is where they get some supplies,but if you're out and a Publix is 50 feet away, you get what's needed instead of customers walking out. These kids they havethere working there don't care either, it's like they are just starting to grasp the concept of time and have ZERO customerservice skills. Terrible customer service. Asked for extra whip cream and did not get it. Ordered pretzels and after making them, the guy told me they didn?t have cheese to dip them in. He didn?t even offer a ranch or anything to replace it. So pretzels went into thetrash because they were dry and not enjoyable. Really glad I tipped them just to be disappointed. What?s the point of having asign on the door that says ?Fan First Promise? and then do nothing to fix the order?
This place definitely makes the best blizzards and just when I thought they couldn't get any better Lilly waits on me and makes an even better Heath Blizzard!! Thank you Lilly definitely the best I've had!
Great place for treats, too many standing folks. They should switch the 2-top tables to 4-top. Blizzards are great ????
