STRUM (Seattle's Totally Relaxed Ukulele Musicians) helped with a class in the Francis Anderson Center and searched for some Aprés liberations and Nosh and maybe some jazzy Ukulele leaks. We went through Daphnes and it's the coolest bar ever. Desmond at the bar is great, the amount is sturdy and it was a beautiful evening that played with glasses of our favorite trophy in this quintessential walkway café in Edmonds.
Desmond is the man!! I go here because he makes it a fun time to be there at Daphne's. Palomas is a perfect drink with a serious kick of alcohol. I have been early to late nights and the service is super excellent all the time even without Desmond. Decent beers from local breweries, music, and fun. What more do you want. This will always be my go-to bar.
Awesome place! Met a buncha great peeps there. Better than Cheers in Boston.
