A disaster! The reception at the telephone was not great when booking we had taken Realdeals vouchers for 4 people because we wanted to come at midday but the vouchers are not accepted no indication when purchasing the vouchers . The boss told me that it was Realdeals who made the mistake, not him. In short, we are booking for a friend's birthday on Monday February 28 coming from Neuchâtel, we have March 1 off .
