Del Taco - Table reservation

I went to this Del Taco location located on 2801 E Lincoln Ave. Let me share my experience. Ordered online. When I got the the food was maybe warm. They gave me at most 5 hot saice packets. When I asked for more, they gave me 2 more. Lauren is the manager. Her attitude was at most less than professional. They said it was due to a shotage of hot sauce. Hummm...so I went to another location with my food and asked if there was a shortage of their hot sauce. They said no. That location address was 1155 E Orangethorpe ave. Ordered some tacos and asked for no spice. That worker named Carmen was rude and was so slow! Saw her put extra flaming hot sauce on my taco. Had to run into the nasty toilets to take a huge dump. No toilet paper was left and water splashed everywhere, no towels had to wipe water on my shirt. While I was leaving she spilled cheese all over the ground causing me to do a backflip. 1 star will not recommend. Carmen I see you

I ordered food then I asked cashier that I need to use restroom but they answered It is closed . How about themselves? . By the way, that beef burrito was very , very salty! !!

Customer service is an absolute 0. Staff is incredibly rude. my tacos barley had any meat in it mostly lettuce. Waste of time and money.

Served cold food for the last time here. I'm done with this place. I keep trying and it just isn't worth it. Waste of time and money.
