Delmonico's Italian Steakhouse -oviedo

Our initial seating option was in the back room, which was being used for a private party. Our table would have been right at the entrance, with a view of the group table and the other side of the room where tables had been removed. It did not look very appealing. Thankfully, the hostess moved us to a booth at the far end, which was much more comfortable. The food was delicious, but unfortunately, both of our dinners cooled down too quickly. We had to choose between eating quickly or taking leftovers home for reheating. We decided to take the steak home, but the haddock wouldn't heat up the same way, so I only ate the best parts. Despite these minor disappointments, we still had a great time...

We arrived at the restaurant at 7:15pm for our 7:30pm reservation. We waited in the bar area for our table, but despite checking at 7:45pm and 8:00pm, we were still not called. Eventually, we were seated at 8:00pm. Our waitress came by and took our drink order, but when she returned with bread it was cold. At 8:40pm, my wife had to seek help from the manager as her salad had not arrived. Finally, at 9:00pm, our food was brought to the table, but it was not what we had ordered. This led us to speak with the manager and ultimately leave the restaurant at 9:00pm without having eaten. It was a disappointing experience, especially on Valentine's Day.

We had a great dining experience at Delmonico’s, our server was terrific, the food was awesome and the atmosphere was what we were looking for, Perfect for my wife’s birthday celebration.
