Terrible service. We arrived and they seated us, it took 10 minutes to take the drink order and then it took between 30 to 40 minutes, my husband's coffee was cold, the coffee cups seemed not to have been washed, very dirty and besides that my husband had to get up to ask for cutlery. To top it off, my daughter was brought her parents' egg dish and 1 crepe on different plates, that's how it was, and the worst thing is they started with the sweet stuff, then the parents, and to finish with the eggs, it was a disaster, I'll never go back there again. On one occasion the girl even got upset when he asked for napkins.
C 'mon Denny 's, you have to do better. My husband and I went to this location a week ago.. smh, it was bad. The service was sub par, the food was not good. My husband ordered the steak meal, the steak didn 't even look like steak! And it was a $20 meal! It was an odd color so we had to return it. The waitress was not attentive to us. I DoNot recommend this Denny 's, there 's a restaurant next door that 's 100%better, Go there instead.
Very poor service was ignored and when she took our order she did not write it down then walked over and sat down and had a full conversation with male employee without serving us drinks then went back and sat down with the other employee again then finally brought our food and everything was undercooked except the omelette my husband ordered never will I come back to this Denny's
It is happy to feel happy even for a moment in this country that has given many opportunities to so many people from different countries, something that does not happen with us Mexicans due to so much theft and corruption from the Presidents of the Republic to the police, the bureaucrat, but Mexico It would be another country perhaps better than the USA Book a table now
Stopped to eat from traveling. Was a great experience. 8pm night shift, Thank You!Kid-friendliness: My kiddo is Autistic and likes to scream/screech. This was a great experience for us.
The staff is very friendly and attentive and the freshly brewed coffee is very delicious.
