Under no circumstance should you ever order a pick up from them. They are going to be an hour late with seemingly zero care. When I first arrived for my pick up today, I was told it would be a few minutes as they were behind. I don't mind waiting up to 15 minutes past, I get things can get busy at times. However, at about 20 minutes of standing around waiting, and hearing the cook make multiple excuses and even comment on how he intentionally does online orders last and makes them late, I finally asked the waitress a second time how much longer it was going to be. At this time, she then tells me it is likely going to be about another 15-20 minutes. There is zero excuse for this level of indi...
I went to Denny's earlier this morning with my girlfriend. We were just going to have breakfast as a date. Personally i’ve never been there so I was kinda on the edge about going here, but i’m so glad we did. the place was amazing and the customer service was even better. We got the waitress named Tammy. She was wonderful and so sweet. They didn’t have bananas and tbh I was upset about that, but she was uplifting and was joking around with us and made the experience 10x better. The food was amazing (and that’s coming from a picky eater) I genuinely enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend.Give Tammy a raise!
Good hangover, horrible sober. The atmosphere is cool. Service ok someone could lose the aditude are guests. I do get it, though. But if you can't keep your composer, you shouldn't do customer service. I'm just saying.
