Got the worst experience ever! We made an order that was on process at 7:42 pm with an ETA of 8:09 pm. While tracking the driver (who 's name is Osmel) by the app, we noticed that although our apartment is 15 minutes away from the store, it took him45 minutes without even arriving. Tried to call the store... Well, let me tell you that honestly don 't know who was worst ifthe cashier who answer the phone ans hold the call for more than 30 minutes because she didn 't knew how to resolve and that wassomething that only a manager could do or the driver, who called at 8:50 (41 minutes later) completely unapologetically sayingthat he didn 't knew the address and didn 't knew the building. Made an online order at 7:59pm, 7 med pizzas, website was giving me issues so I called to confirm order did go thru, took like 10 mins before my call even got picked up, guy who answered confirmed my order and I even added 2 lt cokes I hadn't been able toorder online (was charged separately for those) he told me it would take about 45 mins for my order to be delivered. I don?t know where to begin?how about new employees because what you delivered to my residence was unsatisfactory and you guys have the nerve to ask for a 15% tip. In addition, your staff didn?t even have the courtesy to apologize or give me a receipt formy refund. Do better!!
I usually order Papa Johns. But we wanted pizza and buffalo wings. So I ordered Dominos for the first time. The pizza came with the wrong toppings and the wings were so bad we couldn't eat them.
