Domino's truly is at the bleeding edge of pizza technology; their new AI partnership with Microsoft and patented Pizza Tracker system allow you to watch your dining experience deteriorate in real-time. I placed an order using the Domino's app, and the pizza tracker showed that my delivery time was ~85 minutes. Not optimal, but I want some take-out pizza, so I'm willing to wait. I assumed that the pizza would hit the oven ~15 before the estimated delivery. Nope. Pizza went in the oven IMMEDIATELY, then sat at the pass for over 45 minutes before it was delivered. Avoid this particular location on Cambridge Ave. After they delivered an incorrect order (the pizza was also cold), I called them and they promised that they would deliver a new pizza. I called them back after an hour to check on that order but every time someone picked up the phone, they hung up (they have caller ID). This happened at least five times. I used a different phone to call and got through. The person on the other end told me that the pizza would be out of the over in 10 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting, I decided to call back again but they kept hanging up (I lost count). Avoid this location at all costs. They have the worst customer service.
Worst customer service to order food over the phone. First I talked to a computer that didn't get nothing right then I talked to the most unprofessional lady named Michelle. She hanged up the call cuz I didn't want to pay with my credit card. I think Michelle needs a new job or more training I guess that's why they record the call for more experience. All I'm mad about is that it took 2 hours just to get one pizza.
I called to place an order today (February 26, 2024) and a woman answered. I asked her if she spoke Spanish, and she replied that she did not. Then, she quickly interrupted me. This is the level of service I received! Book a table now
I called this restaurant to request a receipt for a catering order, and the customer service was incredibly rude; they even hung up on me. I do not recommend this place. Consider spending your money elsewhere.
Order took 40 minutes longer than the app said, staff tried to give me the wrong order when I arrived and the pizza wasn’t
Wow all I can say about this place is go to Safeway and get a frozen pizza
