I just placed an order and there was nothing in my instructions indicating that the food should be left outside. The delivery driver didn't ring the doorbell and simply left the food on the porch. I only discovered it outside because I went to the door to turn on the light, thinking they might not have arrived yet. I called the restaurant several times, but no one picked up. Overall, very disappointing service.
I specifically requested no cheese on my dish, but it arrived with cheese anyway. Parmesan is still cheese. On January 13th, around 11 AM, I reached out to address the issue, but they refused to resolve it and hung up on me twice. They also wouldn’t provide me with the manager's name. This experience was incredibly frustrating.
I’ve been seeing posts and reviews on how you’re taking $82 and even $150 out of peoples accounts tip… y’all need yo explain yourselves and do better for these people, seriously. Sometimes our food is barely warm. Sometimes we don't even get our entire order. Good thing they're fair to low prices, compared to every where else, or else the service and decent amount of food that tastes good wouldn't matter.
Worst experience ever. First pizza came with a live roach in it. Called to complain and clearly expressed my preference for square cuts. The second pizza looked very poorly made and guess what cut it came in? Pie cuts of course.
2 orders 1 was completely burnt, a $40 meal, the one they replaced us with was also not good pizza, and no pepperoni in pepperoni cheesy bread. Big disappointment
Staff didn't know how to help with the app. I had to pay full-price for my pizza in stead of 50% off. They were nice, but training is needed on the app. Book a table now
