I want to start by saying that I used to have a great experience at the Godfrey store, but that changed on January 19, 2024. As a regular customer who spends quite a bit there, my rating used to be a solid 5 stars. However, I now have a bad taste in my mouth from my recent experiences. A couple of days before the 19th, I ordered some food, but they forgot part of my order. The driver returned, but somehow, they still got it wrong. I was baffled by how they could forget something they had just missed! After calling, they credited the missing items to my account. When I called again on the 19th to place a new order and use my credits, they only applied credit for one item. I asked to find ou...
Worst customer service! Manager is extremely rude and unprofessional, to even be in a role of “management”. Delivery driver Elijah is also extremely rude and unprofessional. Both are liars and scammers! Beware!! Was even bad that their other employees had to APOLOGIZE on their behalf for THE MANAGER AND DRIVERS behavior. Don’t order pizza from here unless you want to deal with liars who said they delivered your pizza then refuse to make you new pizza, and hang up on you on the phone. Then call the police on you and THEN try to deliver your pizza after alllllll that, to try and cover her tracks and lies! Horrible establishment!!
Delivered food to wrong address the neibor kid had his hands all over it and was eating it before his mom realiaed what was going on and knocked on our door I called to explain they delivered it to 16 and not 14 some one else got the food all I wanted was a replacment order they refused to help when there mistake cost me $50 and nothing for it. They said that nothing they could do poor mangment. Neibor kid got a free meal out of the deal! Way to go not
I ordered a pizza 2 hours ago and it said it was on its way soon and then it suddenly switched to just put in the oven... after 2 hours! Even if their busy it is absolutely ridiculous to take 2 hours to even start cooking your food without any notice or even a phone call. And the kid on the phone couldn 't have cared less. I wouldn 't order from this place again. Their pizzas are usually undercooked as it is. Don 't waste your time. Book a table now
I've ordered from this restaurant several times, and in my last three orders, it has taken over two hours for me to receive my pizza, despite living just two miles away. I've even had to drive there to pick up my order after requesting delivery multiple times. This has become outrageous. They often claim they're "short-staffed," but I never experience these issues with other nearby pizza chains. It's hard to believe.
I’ve been waiting over an hour on a single large thin crust pepperoni pizza for over and hour. When I called in about it they said they would just now put the pizza in the oven. I should get my money back.m, and you definitely don’t deserve a tip.Edit: After an hour and a half I drove up there to cancel my order and get my money back. They said it was going to be another hourwhen I first got there. Unreal.
Would give zero stars made an online order payed with my debit card wait for delivery. Well they delivered to the wrong house and told me there was nothing they can do for stolen pizza but THEY are the ones that delivered it to the wrong house! Never pay them with debit card better give them cash at the door so if someone else gets your order your not out the money!
The food was excellent, but the service was disappointing. I had to wait over 45 minutes for my pizza! Book a table now
