I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant due to their unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge. When I requested to speak to the manager, a staff member named Antione informed me he was in charge. However, I knew from their website that the manager's name is actually Jack. I inquired about my order's delivery status, but Antione seemed to dodge the question, likely because they had mistakenly placed two orders on my account. After an hour of waiting, my order was still not out, despite being told over the phone it would take only 15 minutes. seamless online ordering/payment/pickup arrangements. I opted for outside the door pickup; the kid scolded me for being 5 minutes late to pick up my order! he was pleasant enough but made sure I understood I was late! don't want to jam up the pizza machine. The food is excellent, and Christian provides great service, but I have some concerns about this location. They don’t participate in 90% of the deals that every other location honors. Additionally, they seem to frequently get orders wrong. One of my Philly cheesesteaks was rock solid, and my brother ordered a pizza along with two Philly cheesesteaks. Instead, he received a mangled pizza, one Philly cheesesteak, and an order of wings. Book a table now
The food is always great. Employees are very nice, especially Danny. I am a senior citizen and he helped me so much as far as placing my order on line and everything. This is a real good Domino's. The food is great.
I placed my order online and somehow they got it wrong. I had to wait and I was tired and ready for bed it felt like a full hour of sitting there waiting. The food was good so for that reason I will be going again.
I was really impressed with the service and the flavor of my Domino's Pizza. I particularly loved the garlic taste in the pizza. I will definitely be returning to the Richton Park location again!
