Walked out of Duchesne Bar and Grill tonight! Used to enjoy the cheap and delicious food, hadn't been there in awhile. No free popcorn like they used to have, okay, no biggie. Food prices significantly higher, okay, not a deal breaker. Choking cigarette smoke at 5:30 pm, with only eight patrons in the whole place. Sat at a table for 20 minutes with no sign of a waitress, apparently she was too busy, chatting and smoking at the bar, to be bothered to take our order. There are way too many other restaurants in St Charles who actually want my business, and where I won't have an asthma attack from cigarette smoke!
Love everything about it. I'm back here on vacation as I moved several years ago. Heading that way right now. Oh and, FYI, 90% of people who take the time to comment do so because they are angry or a competitor. YELP lives for this. As a business owner myself, remember to take time to post a positive review. This bar/restaurant rocks!
Burgers are very good but when I tried to order a condiment the guy said you put your own **** on it he was the peak of professional. Cash only, the waitress was a snide women with black hair and too much make up. Not my fault your dream of becoming a b list model was sidelined.
I stopped in on my lunch hour and was delighted at the variety of foods. The nacho cheese toasted ravioli is delicious and they are so fun here. Will definitely be back for certain. Also the burgers are the best!
