The donuts are delicious and they never got my order wrong. I had some strange experiences. First, they are obviously short employees, but both times this happened to me there were more workers than customers in the building. I ordered and paid for donuts online. When I came to the store, they were ready, but instead of handing them over from behind the counter, I wait on the online order pick-up area for a longer time, while the staff went from pointed to not eye contact. My wife ordered donuts online for picking up on Sunday morning. We got a service there. The staff was very polite. I ordered extra donuts, so I would have money for a tip. They made the extra donuts extremely fast and I was out. When we arrived at home, I realized they had given me the wrong order. The name was just like my wife, so it was an honest mistake. I love dessert. Donuts are usually not my go to, but I was excited to try Duck Donuts. I liked the fact they are made fresh and you can pick your toppings. They smell delicious when your handed that box of hot freshly made donuts. Having gotten them in the late afternoon and not eating them until later was probably a mistake. The donut itself is a good basic donut. I had ordered some blueberry and they almost tasted like a blueberry cake donut I love.
