As soon as I sat down, I was asked to remove my blind kitten from the store; who was in my arms; then the guy who runs the place, after having time to run to inform me about the kitten, runs in the back and NEVER COMES BACK FOR FIFTEEN TWENTY MIN. The other three people are working the window; another guy comes up to me depressingly and takes my order, forgets whipped cream even though I asked for butter pecan crunch, then rolls his eyes a bit when I say he forgot it... takes next kid's order, gives burnt hash browns, doesn’t forget his whipped cream thankfully... but made us both sit for like seven or eight drinks to be made for drive thru. Then the guy from the back comes out, takes anothe...
This place has gone down hill so bad. They completely replaced their crew, with rude and lazy workers. They barely do the bare minimum. Coffee mostly burnt. Never stirred. Donuts are always upside down. Like they hate the customers. I don’t even want to apply to work here because i don’t want to work with a lazy rude crew. I just can’t be silent anymore. Where is the higher management? It’s honestly very sad. They need some more help, or bring the old crew back. ? -10000 stars please don’t come here.

I was employed their the first, only a month. Waited for 3 weeks. Still no word, no email. Just working out in the computer system. Got employed somewhere else. Looking for workers yet they can 't hire quickly after stating they start you quickly. OH and starting pay for Dunkin donuts is 13.80.....not enough. Be better if your short of employees. Went to riverside dunkin to replace a hot green tea I got. They have changed their green tea to some harmony leaf thing and I didn't know that. I didn't like the tea. They wouldn't trade it or anything. So I spent $4 on a tea I couldn't even drink.
very bad, ordered an iced mocha latte with oat milk. it cost me $9.06 and there wasn’t any mocha. very sad for me. will not go again
They gave me the wrong drink and wouldn’t want to fix my drink. Nasty coworkers they don’t change gloves or clean their hands
