The staff at this restaurant are unmotivated and lacking in skills. They don't pay attention to orders and serve whatever they feel like, getting upset when customers point out mistakes. I’ve even received burnt sandwiches because they refuse to change the bread! After visiting a few times and having a terrible experience each time, I'd rather go to a different location. It's disappointing, especially since it's a Spanish-speaking staff, but the service is consistently poor, and they don't seem to follow food safety guidelines.
I just walked in at 6:39 PM on a Tuesday, and to my surprise, they stop serving customers early. The heavyset girl behind the counter was busy texting on her phone and informing everyone who entered that they were closed.
Got a glazed doughnut with what looked to be mold on it…. Cashier thankfully replaced it and apologized. Their doughnuts are old and not fresh!
Just went there yesterday and today, they don’t serve lattes, their latte machine is broken. Worst staff members ever! Book a table now
They are quick and quite friendly. Being an older person sometimes I'm slow to order but they are patient with me.
