I placed a mobile order on December 27th and paid through the app. However, when I went to pick it up, none of the items were available. I was informed that they had run out the day before and wouldn’t receive new stock for another two days. I couldn’t get a refund through the app, and the store refused to issue a gift card for the items I had already paid for. They mentioned that if I returned in two days to pick up my order, they would give me $10 off, but since we’re from Chicago, we wouldn’t be in Freeport at that time. It seemed inconsistent that they could offer me a discount for a new order but wouldn’t refund my money for an unfulfilled order. Despite my attempts, they still wouldn’t...
I have never been so disappointed with Dunkin before. My son and I went in around 1pm. They had their ovens already turned off for the day, and we were unable to get what we truly went for. The person at the counter laughed, and claimed she was new. This is the reason you guys lose my sales. I'd rather go to the shop up the street that makes food until 5pm or later.
I came in hoping to get two items, but they were out of half the menu, and it didn’t even seem like they were preparing any food. What kind of establishment is this? It's certainly not a proper restaurant. On top of that, the staff was quite rude about it. This place should really consider closing down.
After waiting for so long, and people getting orders ahead of us, we asked for a refund. The crude rap curse lyrics of the rap music over the speaker was disrespectful for us. Thank gosh we never have to visit there again. The works o not care if you stay or leave. Book a table now
The worst Dunkin you’ll ever go to… the most rude employees, always out of literally every flavor or the oven is broke, and they never get the order correct. Do yourself a favor and head to Starbucks down the road for a little more money and a lot better
If there are other customers ordering in-store or at the drive-thru, be prepared for a bit of a wait.
