its not the same anymore it feels very uninviting when it comes to it i mean everytime i go there i see like 6 homeless people and they are either standing on either side of the doors begging for money or just staring at you and its really creepy and uncomfortable it has bothered me a bit almost every time i am there as me (female) feels like its just not safe at certain times of the day which is why your best bet is probably to order online its less of a interaction and just easier to grab and go otherwise staff is alright as your at the luck of the draw when it comes to ordering so its better if you just stick to the app so yeah this dunkin isn't all that great and with the trash being all...
I give this place 3 stars because the coffee is always great, but there are issues that need to be addressed regarding the homeless individuals outside. Additionally, it's 11:56 AM and they've run out of donuts for the rest of the day! This has happened before, and it's quite concerning. It’s Dunkin’ Donuts, so how can they run out before the day is over? It’s a pretty large location, so this shouldn't be happening.
I ordered a specific drink, but it wasn't made correctly and tasted very watered down. The staff is really nice, but I have some friends who have also had issues with the service, so there's definitely room for improvement. They really need to work on perfecting the drinks! That said, I can assure you that this place is 100% better than the one on Ave J!
Everything was great, except the avocado toast. It would be better if it were toasted like a bagel. I didn't eat it right away and later discovered it was just an untoasted piece of bread with avocado spread. I tried calling to provide feedback for the future, but there was no answer. Book a table now
Absolutely nothing special about the mango pineapple drink. They just mix 2 drinks together and fill it up with ice.
The service is decent however some of the employees need better training.
