If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The service was terrible and the overall experience was horrible. I will never return. I didn't receive a receipt, my order was incorrect, and even after explaining it again at the window, the shift leader and staff still got it wrong. They even added oat milk to my hot chocolate, which I specifically didn't want. When I called back, the shift manager thought it would be productive to argue with me instead of taking responsibility for the mistake. I simply told them it was their error and that my apology was more appropriate. After that, I hung up. I will be contacting the general manager to discuss this further.
I don’t see why this location is still open. It’s ALWAYS something with them. The hours say one thing online, but they’re hardly ever open or no one is in there in the evening time. When they are open or someone’s there….it’s either “we’re not taking cards”, “our system is down”, “we don’t have this or that”….just always something! The last time I went they were only accepting exact cash. Today I went and they were clearly open but no one ever came to the window. Cars were still coming in. I drove all the way to Hickory Hills when this one is 2 minutes from me. They need to close permanently…let another business use that space.
I've had my coffee made incorrectly about 90% of the time when I stop here. The only reason I keep going back is that it's conveniently on my way to work; however, at this point, I'd prefer to drive 5 miles out of my way just to get a decent cup of coffee. I've given this place so many chances.
Whoever worked on November 4th 2023 at 2am, they made the best crossant stuffer I ever had. Ovens were acting up and he made them work. 10/10 service. I will be back for more. McDonald’s was closed but don’t you worry, Dunkin is right across and they made it work. Book a table now
Every time I visit this restaurant, I have no complaints—the drinks are always made perfectly and taste amazing. It's clear that the staff genuinely cares about their work and their customers. I highly recommend checking it out!
I don’t know who is in charge here but u got really lazy people work here at night they wanna get pay and party and not do there job and waste other people time ?
I usually go through the drive-thru and order ahead on the app and it is ready when I arrive. The drive-thru personal are usually pretty friendly.
