The customer service at this location is outstanding! Today, as I was rushing to work, I stopped at a different Dunkin' and realized after leaving that they had messed up my order. In a panic, I called the nearest Dunkin', which happened to be this one. A wonderful employee named Abbrielle (I think that's how you spell it) listened to my predicament and encouraged me to come through their drive-thru. She offered to correct the mistake from the other Dunkin' at no charge. I was truly impressed by her kindness and promptness. the staff most likely are the best people, but the manager is just worthless piece of **** and yelling at his staff like a piece of paper. this place manager needs to go to training and how to handle leadership. he is a worthless person and using staff to do his own damn job. he pays less than how people should get paid and he ask for more job but less pay and emotionally destroying this teenagers mental state. dunkin headquarters or who ever above should do something with his leadership and managing. if you don 't like your job, might as well find a different job that will suits you. you have your own choices to be better person but you prefer to be a piece of ****.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. The staff member, whose name I believe is Faisal, is incredibly rude. I saw him yelling at and bullying a special needs child who works there. He also screams at his employees in front of customers, using profanity and derogatory terms like "retarded." This behavior is unacceptable and he should be fired. I'm actually surprised he hasn't faced any legal action yet.
There's a woman who works here who's always so happy to see you! She really makes the experience top notch. I got an egg and cheese English muffin and it was still cold in the middle.
