I couldn't get a simple drink right at this place. I ended up having to pour out an entire medium latte. My husband ordered a decaf iced latte with skim milk and two vanilla beans for me, but what he received was a regular latte, not decaf, with two vanilla beans and three vanilla swirls. One sip was enough for me to realize it wasn't what we ordered. I checked the label, and sure enough, it was wrong. It feels like a waste of money to order from here, so I won't be coming back. I think I'll just stick with Starbucks next time.
I've visited this place four times, and each time I've had a problem with my order. I've consistently received the wrong donut, and my coffee is never made correctly. Twice, I ordered black coffee and ended up with cream and sugar instead. The other two times, when I requested hot coffee with cream and sugar, it just tasted like watered-down creamer. I won't be coming back.
When you order it takes at least 10 min. Pre order on the Mobil app most of the time it’s wrong. The drive through is horrible takes at least 5 min or longer just for them to realize your there. Then it takes much longer to get your order in. 1 order at a time is what they take . You just sit there waiting. What’s the point of order ahead of your waiting anyway.
Went through drive thru and placed my order. The girl opened the window gave me my total. I said hello gave her my money, she said nothing in return. She gave me my items, I thanked her told her to have a nice day she just shut the window. Hmmm, ok. A thank you would have been nice or a have a nice day . Her customer service skills need improvement. Book a table now
I purchased a pumpkin Spice latte it was good. I also purchased the cream cheese filled plain bagel bites didn't care for them and I love bagels, not much cream cheese inside of them.
The person responsible for ordering inventory at this store needs assistance. They are frequently out of stock.
