I had a fantastic coffee experience! I frequently visit this place when I'm in the west side of Hartford, and today was particularly wonderful. I was greeted with a warm smile from a young lady named Cierra. She was incredibly sweet, had a great imagination, and served my coffee promptly! I'm definitely coming back—thank you for brightening my day, Cierra!
They were not as busy, not a line. The lady who took the orders kept the line moving and people kept on leaving. And I was still waiting for my coffee. I told them twice that I was still waiting g for my coffee. I believe she forgot to make me my latte!!
15 minutes waiting for a coffee. Seemed like app orders were a priority, while walk-in people waited a while.
