Browse and order. Cash was rude. They gave me the complete wrong sandwich, even wrong at the reception. To correct the order and wait another 10 minutes. After all, they threw a bag on the counter and went away without saying anything. I stood there for a moment before I checked the bag to see if it was mine. I made the right sandwich this time, but very bad. My 1 piece of ham on my bagel was rolled up and barely on the sandwich at all and the egg was completely on the other side. I didn't say anything else, I just ran away. I won't come back.
I enjoy Dunkin breakfast sandwiches with the different types of bacon. Latte is good and wished they had crushed them with ice. Definitely gets busy, but the staff treats it pretty well. I never really wait long and I was in the line inside and the ride through and the lines seem to go fast. In any case, Dunkin recommends even if everyone goes there.
The coffee was great and most of the employees seemed pleasant. I'm only giving 4 stars because the parking lot/drive thru situation makes zero sense and was extremely aggravating.
Clean restaurant. But not always a good selection of items if you don't go early.
