I've always been disappointed by this place. Once I went in an hour before the neighborhood and was told by one of the workers that they no longer have donuts because they all threw away. One more time I went to the ride thru and the 2 employees in service were outside playing in the parking lot. One cried on his skateboard and the other filmed him. This morning was the last straw. I ordered the same donut I always get at Dunkin when I go and it was literally half as big as ever. I had no time to turn around because I was on my way to work. They also told me they don't have milk in this store, so I don't know if they were just outside or what, because I know I got one before. All the staff I...
This special place always has phenomenal customer service and food preparation is always top notch. I didn't catch the name of the Lord who prepared my Bagel Minis, but I would like to let him know that you are perfecting them and it was very nice to have them crispy.
This is usually a good place, but when I went through the drive thru this morning, I got four big Kolaches cold and a hard pink donut I don't know why the donut wasn't fresh and they didn't warm up the Kolaches
I saw the bad reviews, but I only had a great experience. Friendly staff, accurate drinks and food. Updated in the dining area and a nice stop while traveling.
