Stay away from this restaurant if you need to get to work. The person at the counter takes an incredibly long time to serve. Mobile orders are also delayed and take ages to prepare. I wish I could capture a picture of the guy at the counter. The best option nearby is the place on Allegheny. The staff even argue among themselves, and the line gets really long.
Entered with a man who had already been waiting a long time. I stood there 7 additional minutes, placed my order and waited another 5 minutes. Never began to make my ice coffee ask for a refund and was told there was no manager to issue my refund. I walked out. 2 workers on a busy Wednesday morning.
Waited in line on a Saturday morning for 21 minutes before I even reached the counter. 2 employees running the whole store. Absolutely ridiculous. Slow moving employees and the line was long I waited outside holding the door open
This Dunkin is inside a gas station. The workers are super rude, the food took forever, it was only a egg, sausage wrap...?? I was half done my iced chai latte before I got my food and made me late for work. They were super rude Book a table now
