This Dutch Bros has always been the least efficient I have ever been to. They normally don't have people going out to cars taking orders ahead of time so you spend at least 5-10 minutes per car in front of you before they even take your order. You really have to calculate how long you have to get to work. And today was sticker day so of course it was slammed and they were having some kind of computer problem but they were still able to see orders, but not on all screens. The drive through was full out to the streets so I figured I would get out of the car since most of the time it is a bit faster to go ahead of 20 cars. The coffee is pretty good. Be aware that they put sugar in just about everything and it’s a lot! The most frustrating thing about this place (and why I took away two stars). Is the awkwardness of tipping. These kids don’t have the first clue about customer service and they stick a tablet in your face and ask if you want to pay another dollar on top of the six dollar coffee. I’m tired of it. This is the reason many people buy a Nespresso.
Nice quick service and friendly people working! The caramelizer mocha was decent.If you like really sweet/milky coffee, this is the place for you. It was almost sickeningly sweet. I prefer my coffee black so to me it wasn’t really coffee. But I just wanted to try it.Not the fault of the location! They were great. If you like their kind of coffee be sure to stop in, you won’t be disappointed.
I was happy that they opened so close to my house, and I finally had a place to get a cup of coffee. You know what? It was absolutely disgusting. I cannot believe that people even buy drinks from them. Book a table now
I went back to try their hot chocolate. It was much better than the Santa Maria store. Great service and friendly staff.
