"The restaurant has a letter of presentation, for me, unbeatable the entrance is like a Zen-like garden. I have seen it with snow and mola more is found in an old house that has very little lighting (the one with an indirect light and candles), for my drip the indirect light is much better, more intimate I recommend the chorizo, the morcilla and the cheese. the spectacular meat (but like all the restaurants in the molar) at the end of the meal you can visit the caves, so it is worth attaching a video to see the entrance, okay?"

It's no longer recommended. We had gone several times to eat, we have always chosen two tasting menus, before we call the payer menu and it is the last time (March 2018) the experience left a lot to want a dish full of fungi, they have gone to serve two stumped mushrooms, which would hardly give for a comensal. We asked for a glass of rioja and tried to pick up the whole bottle. the unfortunate customer service. furthermore, it is usual to book a table and when they arrive they have reserved more of the account at the same time and you have to wait a good time
