They didn’t repeat my order back to me at the drive through. After I paid at the drive through window, they asked me to wait up at the front to keep their drive through going. When they finally brought the food out, I got 2 burritos instead of 2 tacos that I had I ordered. When I went in to get the two tacos I ordered, I had to wait 10 minutes to get my two tacos. When I asked them what was taking so long, they said they had to service the drive through orders first. When I told them my order was a drive through order, I got a blank stare. When I finally got my two tacos, I never got an apology or a refund for being overcharged.
Their chicke and tortillas are really bad.. The chicken is hard and raw in other spots, as well as burnt, and the tortillas are way too small sometimes and break apart really easy, as well as taste really weird. But that's just my opinion, it's a good place but not something I prefer.
The chicken was delicious and juicy. I came on a Sunday close to closing time and order a family meal and the chicken was the best! My family wanted more. Keep up the excellent work Pollo Loco.Dietary restrictions: They have a keto burrito and keto friendly salad.
