Horrible!! Don’t get me wrong, I’m a total El Pollo Loco fan, especially for the double chicken tostada. However, this particular location was horrible! The food was just barely better than the service. The woman taking my order in the drive thru had a very thick accent so we were having a little trouble understanding one another, I ordered a double chicken tostada with no beans (I’m allergic) and rice only, and that was it. She wasn’t understanding my no beans, she kept saying “yes beans” so I finally just said you know what let me pull forward to the window to communicate this. Keep in mind there was no one in front of me or behind me at the time, I was the only customer. So when I get to...
Great restaurant, very clean and organized. The only reason I give the food 4 stars is because of the portion. The food is very tasty but the portions are microscopic. I ordered a half chicken but the portion was very small. Most of the chicken was bone and skin. Not a lot of meat. With the same price you can get more food else where.
8 11 24 6pm just pull into drive through. No chicken! Only chopped up stuff in burritos and the like. Dined at Habbit in the same center. Now that was good!
I LIKED the food. The staff are nice and the restaurant looks amazing. Thank you for this delicious food .
