We really enjoy El Taptio, especially the original location. However, the staff at this location can be a bit unfriendly at times. Whenever we visit the original, they treat us like family and are always so welcoming. While this location is nice, it often feels like they're in a rush to serve you and get you on your way.
It has been fantastic since they reopened after the hurricane. There's much more space inside now, along with a bar, and the menu has been updated. The shrimp tacos and queso are delicious. The service is consistently good as well.
The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Although the restaurant is small, it has a cozy atmosphere and is quite efficient.
