Elia Taverna - Table reservation

It's been a while since I had Greek food I used to go almost daily when I loved in long island. The prices were reasonable for a gyro sandwich, it was not bad, everything felt fresh but I wasn't blown away. I got the chicken gyro, it could have been juicier and the sauce didn't have much flavor. We bought sangria which was bottled but it also lacked flavor and didn't have the wow factor like when you go to pío pío. Either way i can't say it's a bad place but I wasn't impressed with they gyro or sangria. Server was very kind and attentive. My two favorite places are back in long island, still yet to find something that comes even close.

Have never had anything bad from here. The grilled octopus is exceptional smoky yet tender and not at all rubbery. Excellent homemade galaktaboureko creamy and not overly sweet. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
