A month ago on a Friday night I was in the area and looked up sushi places and this one had good ratings so I tried it and it is now in my top 5 favorite sushi places ever. Food was so fresh and came out fast. I ordered a bunch of different sushi dishes.....mainly what other people suggested on yelp and all were amazing. But I was not a huge fan of the Crispy rice spicy tuna. Things I would highly recommend are: lemon roll, northern lights roll, tuna jalapeno roll, Spanish mackerel sushi, baby yellow kanpachi sushi.
Very good overall. Service is attentive and very good. Uni was fresh and the rolls are very good. Outstanding hamachi sashimi. Just wish there was more seating and it was easier to get in. Expansion in the future?
My absolutely fave place to eat sushi….best in the area! Sushi is beyond fresh and always delicious. I always look forward to going back. Which will be soon, again! Can’t wait!
Absolutely fantastic. I will be dreaming about the fresh Santa Monica Umi for sure.
