The poor rating is mainly because I often have sub-par vegetables here. I have had the lettuce brown to black at the edges and had to pull it all out of my pita. They also tend to use the lettuce that is cut in such a way that it is all rinds and spines, whereas I prefer leaf lettuce. I also find when I order the falafel that it is not cooked properly. I like the falafel to be crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and here it is often soggy throughout and has hard bits on the inside. I also once almost broke a tooth on an olive pit here. The service is average, average value. I think they could do better overall. However, it is usually not crowded, they have a good selection of beve...
I love picking up a pita from here. The owner is friendly & very helpful. I'm not a lover of chain restaurants, but Extreme Pita is excellent for picking up a healthy lunch or dinner.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent, they are generous with their portions, the food is delicious, and the prices are fair. Additionally, the owner is very friendly.
