First time order never have I ever dined here, so I was not familiar with this restaurants procedures on take out. When ordering the host was sure to tell me that the Spin Dip did not have enough pitas (multiple dinners) and there would be an additional extra charge of .99 cents. I agreed. When delivery arrived the drivers was dripping in sweat, wiped his forehead with his hands and proceeded to pick our food back up, I grabbed the food and pulled it away before this could be done. Tipped 5 additional dollars and he left. We took out the food and realized there were no, forks, plates for the salad, pizza and spin dip. We called to see if they would have this delivered as they are just across...
It was hit for me or measured. Our group has prepared a dinner for about 20 people. When we were there, nothing was set up. Once every place has been taken, we realized that there was not enough help. The server was overwhelmed and the kitchen. A couple had to wait half an hour for a cheese pizza. Like I said, it's been hit or miss. The last visit of our group made Fairway Pizza we had a wonderful server, good food and a great time. Hopefully someone will see this review and be better prepared for a group that has prepared a visit.
I was here for the first time today. It's upset because we heard it was good. We went in and the girl at the counter said, go. She didn't tell us to go or something I had to ask where. She looked at me as if I bothered her and pointed her. We chose a table and sat for almost 15 minutes and not a person came to take our drink order or even to recognize us. After waiting we stood up and went and the only people who noticed were the customers who said it was crazy how we sat and didn't get any service. This is our first and last time.
I usually go to lunch on a Sunday afternoon if it is not so crowded (and no music they have on Friday and Saturday, but sometimes you just want to chill). Eating is always delicious. You have great Hoagie sandwiches, hamburgers and pizza. Just a great place to sit outside and relax and enjoy the food and drinks.
