UPDATE! Today on 02/27/24 Pete delivered hot and fresh to our door an amazing meal, correct items, sauces Included! Customer service was impeccable! I appreciate an establishment that goes above and beyond to correct its wrongs, now the best BBQ in America is prepared by me, buttttt you guys did a great job! Thank you and we will be back! We ordered we got someone else's food filed a complaint restaurant still had not responded,then to top it off the food was cold on Valentine's Day and tasted horrible. We threw it away wasted 50 bucks. This is what we ordered vs what we got.. Never again
The staff at this location are very nice but some of the food wasn’t great When making our order the waitress misunderstood the meat combos so they had to grab us the fish items after bringing the rest and when we said something they not only let us keep the extra food but also gave us 2x the fish then initially ordered for the hassle The fries were not the normal Famous Dave’s style and were not as good
I ordered for delivery, and it was sent through DoorDash. The food was good, but I didn't receive my cornbread, and the packaging could have been more secure.
Food is always great. Manager is just the best!! Love the rib tips.
