Schnaps at the lake is called Schnaps at Franz! Often it is that places that are referred to as an institution actually bring little good and live only by the glamour of past days. Very different from Franz im alpenstüberl. For many years, Franz has been ensuring that the basic alcoholic care is guaranteed with excellent fruit fires and other alcoholics. The long-ripened products such as old Marille or old Zwetschge are absolutely top. The on-site consumption is a giant Gaudi, but taken along and enjoyed in the local four walls the noble fires are just as good.
