we wanted to celebrate our 15th anniversary, we booked a 2-day stay at the ferme auberge de bascou. we were warmly welcomed by nadine and dominique and set up in a fantastic bedroom like a junior suite. we had dinner next to that. camein with our gastgeber dominque again a large bottle of wine to go along with our ente confit and pan seared foie gras. the culinary skills of nadine, his wife, are to be composed. the next day we woke up to a fantastic view of the pyrene directly from our balcony for a hearty breakfast with baked bread from the wood stove and excellent selection of jams and honey from the farm. this was a fabulous place to stay and dine, I very recomend it to anyone who wants t...
