Fidelitas Wines Woodinville

Thank goodness for our server Kristen she saved the day! My group, of which 3 of us are members were treated so poorly when we arrived for our reservation by the tasting room manager that I wanted to cancel my membership on the spot. No one should ever be made to feel they are not welcome. There was an apology email sent after the fact however the experience was definitely less than ideal for my Birthday celebration. Hopefully the tasting room will improve on customer service at the front so people can actually enjoy the great wine.

Fidelitas produces excellent Bordeaux-style wines that appeal to both wine enthusiasts and casual drinkers. Their selection of single vineyard Cabs, Merlots, and Malbecs is impressive and unmatched by any other Washington winery. If you're feeling hungry, they also offer tasty snacks from the nearby Heritage restaurant.

I really enjoy the atmosphere of the tasting room, but the service is consistently problematic. They need to hire more servers. Despite this, it is still a fantastic place overall.
