Had ordered a decote in medium well. 400g (more to the point cooked and butterfly. Beverages came quickly, waiters were attentive but not intrusive. I had a lot of fun with the boss. Have eaten to order Tomahawk Steaks. To the point cooked, juicy from the finest. The boss has answered questions about meat and origin with a lot of heart blood extensively and excitingly: Class service, you can see the love of steak.
