We usually look forward to everything when we are here for lunch. This last time was a bit disappointing that the staff neglected the dining area, the tables were wizard and sanitated and sweeping the floor. I have completed a survey so that I hope we do not have this problem in the future. 2 months later: I had an answer from the owner, Natalie Morris, excused for my experience. I finally used her offer of a free combination meal I did. I thought it was much better, so I wanted to make sure that my rating was changed.
I love firefighter subways, a great choice for sandwiches that is a bit higher quality than subway. Staff are nice enough and the food is good. My favorite sandwich is the bride, and the pickles are a nice touch.

I love Firehouse Subs, but this place is DIIRRTTYYYY. You let off their hot sauces for health problems? but their own serve drinking station where the lid and tea look as if it was cleaned in months.
