Fantastic ?. The pick your own ingredients is a great idea. A chipotle like counter experience but not the same food, of course. The food is so fresh and flavorful. I love that you can fill up and not feel stuffed. Perfect meal for a bike ride or walk on the trail. They also have a fantastic soda on tap... I can 't remember the name but it was unique and the root beer was the best I 've tasted in a very long time. Black cherry, cream and cola too. This was a delicious, fresh, tasty lunch! So much goodness packed into one bowl. Tuna was perfect, sauce was just spicy enough, and the seaweed salad was perfect. Thanks for a great lunch!!
