Fishbowl serves build-your-own poké bowl which are easily made vegan. Besides there big selection of fresh veggies and smoked tofu most of their sauces are vegan too. „Back to the roots“ is one of fishbowls signature dishes and is vegan aswell. I’ve been there a view times already and I love the flavor! Their friendly staff answered all of my questions how to make my bowl vegan right away.
the dishes can be assembled according to their individual needs and can be inspired by the selection of ingredients. a hauch Asian influences like wakame, alga or wasabi is present. fish shell is known for fish and seafood. but with their own creations they have the opportunity to fill their dishes vegetarian or vegan.
I tried the “back to the roots” bowl with smoked tofu. It was filling, fresh and super super tasty!!
the salads are good, but nothing special. I wish there were more vegan sauces to choose from.
