The food is good but the place has become dangerous, in front of the restaurant there are many delivery drivers, whenever my wife goes to pick up our order she and other women are harassed by some of these drivers, and they block the traffic behind the restaurant and we are left with difficult access to go to the parking lot behind which always had a lot of spaces, 5 years of going to the restaurant and we definitely gave up on the place.
The food is good, but the location has become unsafe. There are always numerous delivery drivers in front of the restaurant, and whenever my wife goes to pick up our order, she and other women often face harassment from some of these drivers. Additionally, they block traffic behind the restaurant, making it difficult for us to access the parking lot, which used to have plenty of available spaces. After five years of dining here, we've decided to stop coming.
Extremely rude cashier. Overcharged me for large drink by $0.10 tax over the advertised price and argued with me how I'm wrong and she's right. Would not honor the advertised price. Are they ripping off all the customers like this? Double check what you're being charged!The food is good, but this place needs a serious service improvement.
The inside of the restaurant was quite noisy, with loud music and fans, which was somewhat bothersome. The woman at the register had a hard time understanding her. The Cajun fries were overly salty. Overall, not a great experience due to the noise and the excessive salt on the fries, especially considering dietary restrictions. Book a table now
Five guys on Westborough deserve five stars. Their service is excellent. The workers are all quick and efficient and always get the orders right. This place rocks!
Slow service. Doesn't fulfill orders in the order they are placed. Dismissive when following up on order 20 minutes into the wait.
The manager was seen engaged, helpful and very respectful to the busy working crew.
