Two thumbs for five guys in Niskayuna!!! You made a mistake and it actually admitted, apologize and gave me a gift card. I was in many places where I was lied or the service was terrible. Most places will not compensate a mistake much less for your problems. I have a lot of respect for those who try to do things right.
The patty in my burger was undercooked. Despite that, the restaurant was beautiful and everything else was great. Update: Five Guys reached out to me and wants to address the issue.
The burgers were delicious and came with a variety of toppings to choose from. The fries were a bit thick, but still tasty. Overall, I would only visit this restaurant once.
We visited Five Youngs and found it to be a great spot for enjoying a delicious burger with homemade fries. I highly recommend it.
