Terrible Experience Missing Items and Unprofessional Customer Service I've had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Five Guys multiple times, and each time has been a disappointment beyond belief. It seems that they have perfected the art of messing up orders, as missing items have become a recurring theme in my interactions with this restaurant. On my most recent order, I once again found myself shortchanged by Five Guys' inability to get a simple order right. A missing burger was the cherry on top of this already disappointing sundae. The burgers are amazing however there was a new manager or supervisor; or whatever, he kept hitting on me which made me uncomfortable and I haven't gone back since. Please bring back the tall lady who was nice, kind and helpful.
