"Our experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. We followed all of their guidelines for three weeks, completing a lengthy application and even allowing a home visit. We were told that we were approved to adopt a rabbit and made adjustments to accommodate our new pet. However, just two days later, we received an email saying we couldn't have the rabbit after all. This news devastated my children. The staff we interacted with were deceitful and intrusive. I recommend choosing a pet from a different agency that truly cares about finding homes for their animals."
