Franco Manca Belsize

This used to be THE place to go, somewhat superior to the still good Pizza Express only a few doors away. But this visit failed to impress. Thin coating of tomata paste for the pizza. They'd run out of hard goats cheese for the pizza special. The tiramisu was a travesty sponge and chocolate sauce (doubtless a bit more but that was all that came through).

Ilaria was exceptional and made our evening truly unforgettable. The cuisine was outstanding and the ambiance was delightful. I strongly recommend this restaurant to anyone in London. Thank you very much.
