Frankie Benny's Bishopbriggs

I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. From the start, the person who greeted us dropped all the menus on the floor. Our server, a woman with short blond hair, did not check on us during our meal as expected. I was disappointed to find that my burger did not have red onions as stated on the menu, and the server did not mention this at all. After finishing our meal, we waited a while for her to come over as she was preoccupied with folding napkins and not attentive to our table. Despite the restaurant not being busy, the staff seemed uninterested and provided the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

I decided to take the family to Frankie and Benny's. We were at the retail park in bishopbriggs and decided to use this branch. When entering the restaurant we were greeted by a lady Ellen. She introduced herself and showed us to a table for 5. Gave us time to get sorted as I had my son with me to so take me a little bit longer. Our time in the restaurant was great drinks were on table within a few minutes of us settling in. Food wasn't far behind it. It was a great meal and we all emptied our plates. Even my son whom is a fussy eater. I would highly recommend this to family and friends.

Was at bishopbriggs tonight was served by a lovely lady Ellen. Her service was amazing making sure we had what we needed. The delivery service of food was great. Wasn't a long wait and it was delicious. I even brought home a doggy bag of my carbonara lol. I would recommend to anyone.

There were two issues with our experience at this restaurant: (1) Our reservation was not honored and (2) the service was slow.

What you would expect without being exceptional. Good to see more Vegan options
