While the prices are somewhat high, its convenient location and the availability of a small, complimentary parking lot are definite pluses. The sushi rolls are passable, but there was a notable issue with the fish head being served cold, diminishing its overall taste to below that of homemade quality. The Ramen, unfortunately, does not stand out either. The noodles lack the distinctiveness of handmade texture, feeling more akin to those found in instant products like Shin Ramyun. I ordered lunch takeout and it was great! The Chirashi Regular has a wide variety of fish and came pretty much exactly as described in the menu picture. The sushi rice is good and had a little bit of roasted sesame seeds on it. I really liked the saba.The katsu don in the second picture!
Fujinova impressed us! Our lunch visit offered an experience reminiscent of Tokyo, arguably the best we’ve encountered in the NY area. The cuisine was notably fresh and flavorful, complemented by courteous, kind and professional service. Thank you. ありがとうございます.
A nice quiet Japanese restaurant. Super quick service and friendly staff. The food came out quick and it was delicious. Can’t wait to come back again and try their other menu dishes.
