We stayed at Hotel Rübezahl last weekend. Had booked the room AlpenTraum and the pampering board. From booking to departure simply top class and a category for yourself. Definitely 5 stars plus! For over 20 years, I have been making wellness holidays across Germany and can say that everything is really perfect here. The location of the hotel uniquely beautiful, the reception super friendly and you feel absolutely welcome. Everything is brightly clean and very beautiful and lovingly designed from the parking lot to the balcony. All employees super friendly, polite and always accommodating. Here every wish is read from the eyes and perfectly implemented. The rooms are very beautifully designed...
The cleanliness and equipment of the rooms was really great, but the lunch and dinner was unfortunately not good at all. Had to eat outside. At the proud prices I wanted more choice of dishes. The massage we had booked was more of a stroke. Rooms: 5 Service: 3 Location: 5.
At any time, I spent two days with my daughter. Super staff, helpful and very friendly. Beautiful food and ingenious wellness area. We were also happy with the room. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5.
Totally dissatisfied despite death and cancellation to pay 70 storno fees to a pity I can't recommend something like that you don't look out
